A more memorable stay starts here.

Hi, I’m Sara. I built a vacation rental cleaning and turnover business in Southern Maine, where I learned how much the details behind the scenes shape a guest’s experience.

I’ve always loved art, interiors, and the feeling of walking into a space that’s been prepared with care. Over time, I saw how good design and reliable systems could work together: clear information for guests, smoother handoffs for hosts, and a stay that feels personal from beginning to end.

That idea became Velvet Ink Collective. I created Velvet Ink Stays to share the templates and guest materials I wished every host had access to—resources shaped by real work in vacation rentals and made to leave room for your own style.
